Chicago O'Hare International Airport Terminal Information

Introduction

Chicago O'Hare International Airport is presently using four terminals (Terminals 1, 2, 3, and International Terminal 5). Each serves several airlines and a large number of destinations. Each terminal is well served by restaurants, bars, newsstands, and shops. Business services, banks, and ATMs are available and, in the appropriate terminal, airline club lounges cater to the needs of frequent flyers.

International Terminal

The International Terminal serves many international carriers including Aer Lingus, Air France, Air India, Air Jamaica, Alitalia, American Airlines (international arrivals only), AVIACSA, British Airways, BMI British Midland, Cayman Airways, El Al, Iberia (arrivals only), JAL Japan Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Korean Air, Kuwait Airways, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa (arrivals only), Mexicana, PIA Pakistan International Airlines, Royal Jordanian, SAS Scandinavian Airlines, Swiss International Air Lines, TACA, Turkish Airlines, United Airlines (international arrivals only), and USA 3000 Airlines. It contains Concourse M with gates M1-M21.

Terminal 1

Chicago O'Hare International Airport's Terminal 1 serves Lufthansa (departures only), Ted, United Airlines, and United Express. It contains Concourse B with gates B1-B22 and Concourse C with gates C1-C32. Also located in this terminal is the renowned underground tunnel of lights and music, which connects Concourses B and C.

Terminal 2

Chicago O'Hare International Airport's Terminal 2 serves Air Canada, America West Airlines, Continental Airlines, Independence Air, Northwest Airlines, United Airlines, United Express, and US Airways. It contains Concourse E with gates E1-E15 and Concourse F with gates F1-F12.

Terminal 3

Chicago O'Hare International Airport's Terminal 3 serves Alaska Airlines, American Airlines (domestic and international departures), American Eagle, Delta Air Lines, Iberia (departures only), and Spirit Airlines. It contains Concourse G with gates G1-G21, Concourse H with gates H1-H18, Concourse K with gates K1-K19, and Concourse L with gates L1-L10.

Shopping

Duty Free
All terminals at the airport provide World Duty Free shops. Terminal 3 provides an extra shop.

Gift Shops
Brookstone, Chicago News and Gifts, stores from the Hudson Group, Mont Blanc, and Mindworks are among the many different stores found at Chicago O'Hare International Airport.

Restaurants and Bars

Chicago O'Hare International Airport offers a wide selection of restaurants and bars, such as Sky Bridge Restaurant, Starbucks Coffee, Prairie Tap, The Meridien Bar, and Wolfgang Puck.

Business Services

Internet Access
Laptop Lane offers plug-ins for laptops and the use of personal computers, with the services of a T1 line for high-speed Internet access.

Fax and Photocopying
Both the Hilton Business Center and Laptop Lane offer facsimile and photocopy services. In addition to this, printing, long distance calls, packing, and shipping facilities are also available for business travelers at the airport.

Post
A US post office is located on the upper level of Terminal 2. The facility is open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Currency Exchange and ATMs

Foreign Exchange Desks
Foreign currency exchange outlets are located in the lower levels of Terminal 3 and the International Terminal. In addition, mobile carts equipped to handle foreign currency are available at departure gates servicing international destinations.

Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs)
For the convenience of travelers, ATMs are available in all terminals at Chicago O'Hare International Airport. They are located on the upper level of Concourse B in Terminal 1, the upper level of Terminals 2 and 3, and the upper and lower levels of the International Terminal.
